Potassium
(Almonds, Almond Butter, Banana Powder, Oats, Crisped Rice, Honey, Coconut Water Powder)
ArrowBars have more Potassium than a banana per serving. Potassium has been proven to prevent muscle cramps, stabilize blood sugar levels, maintain optimal muscle and nerve function, boost nervous system, and maintain optimal fluid balance.
Honey
(Used as a natural sweetener)
If you eat honey before exercise, you allow for a slow and steady release of glucose into the blood. This can keep your body from using its stored muscle glycogen as fuel. Sparing muscle glycogen can keep fatigue at bay. Honey is an excellent substitute for refined sugars which are truly empty calories.
Almonds/Almond Butter

Carbohydrates
