Mark is a founding and managing member of ArrowBar. Mark graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in International Finance and Marketing. While attending Miami, he was a four year letterman in tennis while serving as team captain for three years. After graduation, and a brief attempt at professional tennis, Mark’s focus shifted to coaching. He has trained and coached top level junior, collegiate, and professional players. For the last eight years he has held the position of Director of Tennis at Eagle Landing Country Club in Orange Park, Florida where he is responsible for coaching as well as all day-to-day operations of the tennis facility. Mark is also the Tournament Director of the Eagle Landing Tennis Classic, a USTA Pro Circuit event that annually hosts professional players from all over the world. Under Mark’s direction, the tournament has raised over $50,000 for local charities in its first five years.

Andrew is a founding and managing member of ArrowBar. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science Degree with a focus on Business Management from the University of Miami. Following graduation Andrew started Golub Tennis, which is now one of the most successful tennis academies in Florida. Andrew gained invaluable skills through his experiences as a highly ranked junior tennis player and scholarship athlete, as well as a four year letterman at The University of Miami, which lead him to be voted a two-time team captain. In twelve years of business, Golub Tennis has impacted the lives of hundreds of children who have come through the program, more than 120 of whom have received college scholarships to universities across the country.

Rob Goldberg is a founding and managing member of ArrowBar. Rob earned both a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration and Law Degree from the University of Miami. Rob was also a member of the University of Miami baseball team, where he gained invaluable experience in college athletics. After graduating from law school, Rob went on to work for one of the largest international law firms in the world, where he concentrated on commercial real estate transactions. Rob then went on to be the General Counsel of Fuel Outdoor, a national out-of- home advertising company and, later, the Assistant General Counsel of Van Wagner Communications. Rob is currently at a large national law firm once again working on complex commercial real estate transactions.
